This stunning East Sooke Lodge was once a dated 1970’s house in dire need of a makeover, which led to a full renovation of the exterior and interior. The locally sourced cedar logs and timber, hand dipped cedar shingles, cedar soffits with hidden gutters and exquisite riverstone and slate rock accents, have made this lodge a real piece of art. Not to mention the beautifully hand carved douglas fir front door! The outdoor pizza oven and fireplace is a one of a kind addition to breath in the fresh ocean air, that is if you’re not soaking in the hot tub or enjoying one of the huge outdoor deck entertaining areas, overlooking the Sooke basin. The interior boasts site made fir scissor trusses, clear TNG cedar on the ceilings, custom made douglas fir doors and a solid single piece Arbutus countertop for the bar. All high end finishes throughout, another quality custom home by our amazing team.
