Since it’s incorporation in 2004, Fitchett Construction Ltd has been building beautiful custom homes from the Sunshine Coast to the southern tip of Vancouver Island. Brad and Erin Fitchett work together to oversee every aspect of construction from start to finish. Collaborating with the architect to ensure a well thought out plan, daily onsite project management, concrete, framing, finishing, interior design…attention to even the smallest detail is given. Prior to moving to Victoria, Brad specialized in remote building on Savary Island, constructing many stunning cabins and vacation homes during his twelve year residency there. Now based out of Sooke and once again focusing on building in rural settings, Fitchett Construction also has years of experience in spec house building and sub division development. Brad and Erin have carefully assembled a team of reliable and hard working sub contractors who share their same strong work ethic.
